The cost depends on the project scope. A simple business website starts at 1500 PLN, while an advanced portal can cost from 10000 PLN upwards. After consultation, we provide a detailed quote tailored to the client's budget and needs.

It depends on project complexity. Simple websites are created in 1–2 weeks, larger websites in 2–3 months, and complex CMS/CRM systems may require 4–6 months or more. Everything depends on project complexity and number of components.

Small Websites

A small website is a modern website with subpages (usually 1–5, but more are possible), responsive design, contact form, external integrations (e.g., API), and a database serving as the technical backend of the application. The database handles forms, records, logs, or integrations, but is not meant for daily content management by the user.

The price of a small website starts at 3000 PLN and depends on the number of pages and features. Implementation usually takes 2–4 weeks from design approval. The price includes 3 rounds of corrections and basic deployment.

No. In a small website, the database works in the background as a technical element of the application. It does not include a full admin panel for managing data or content. If you need to edit data, content, or users – a large website is the appropriate solution.

Large Websites

A large website is an advanced web application, where the database is central, and users get a dedicated admin panel to manage data, content, users, and processes. It is a solution for projects that live, grow, and require daily maintenance.

Large websites can include login/registration systems, user roles, admin panel, content editing, database management, search and filters, online payments, reservations, reports, API integrations, email/SMS notifications, and process automation.

Usually 3–6 months, depending on project size. We work in Agile methodology, dividing the project into sprints and presenting progress regularly.

Enterprise Systems

A corporate enterprise system is a multi-module IT platform designed to handle complex business processes in large organizations. It is not a single application, but an ecosystem of interacting modules and services (CMS, CRM, ERP, BI, workflow), integrated with the company infrastructure and tailored to its organizational structure.

DevOps and Infrastructure

Web DevOps solutions are a set of practices and tools focused on stable maintenance, automation, and scaling of web applications. They cover processes from code push, testing, and building, to safe deployment to production environments, monitoring, and error response. The goal is fast, repeatable, and predictable application deployment without downtime.

We use proactive monitoring, so most problems are detected before affecting users. Response time depends on SLA: Standard (up to 4h business hours), Premium (up to 2h 24/7), Enterprise (up to 30 min 24/7 with dedicated engineer).

We design backup policies based on data criticality: database, files, and configurations, stored in multiple locations. We use rotation, encryption, and regularly test recovery procedures to ensure fast restoration after failures.

Cost depends on system scale, number of servers, and SLA. Basic packages start from 800 PLN/month for simple environments; complex production systems with 24/7 monitoring and HA start from 5000 PLN/month. We provide clear estimates after audit.

API and Integrations

We implement API integrations between web applications and external systems such as online payments (PayU, Przelewy24, Stripe), logistics and couriers (InPost, DPD, DHL), accounting and ERP systems, CRM, data warehouses, marketing tools, and internal company systems. Integrations are stable, scalable, and error-resistant.

We do not "hard-wire" APIs. We design an integration layer separating application logic from external services. This makes integrations readable, testable, and easily extendable or replaceable without rewriting the system.

Yes. We design and implement APIs (REST or GraphQL) for web and mobile applications. We provide authorization, versioning, rate limiting, error logging, and full documentation. This allows safe integration with mobile apps, partners, or other services.

Integrations are designed with changes in mind. We use abstraction, retry, queueing, and fallbacks, so a provider's failure or API change does not paralyze the system. Technical support includes monitoring provider changes and adjusting integrations as needed.

Time and cost depend on business logic complexity and API quality. Simple integrations take 1–2 weeks, complex ones 3–6 weeks. After analysis, we provide a clear quote including tests and post-deployment monitoring.

Hosting and Deployment

We select hosting according to application scale and type. Small websites use shared hosting from SEOhost.pl. Larger systems use VPS or cloud environments managed by us.

Small websites and simple apps run on shared hosting seohost.pl. The provider manages the server, updates, security, and service availability. We focus on the application itself.

The hosting provider (seohost.pl) is responsible for infrastructure, administration, and maintenance. The client gets a stable environment without paying for dedicated server management.

Larger systems run on VPS or cloud. We take full responsibility for configuration, administration, security, backups, and monitoring. This allows scaling, better performance, and business-tailored infrastructure.

Yes. Applications are designed for safe migration. We can move them from shared hosting to VPS or cloud with minimal downtime.

Shared hosting for small apps costs a few dozen PLN/year. VPS or cloud costs 100–500 PLN/month for simple systems, up to several thousand PLN/month for complex, highly available systems.

Yes. Regardless of hosting type, we secure the application: dependency updates, proper configuration, SSL, app-level security, and best coding practices. On VPS, we add server-level security and monitoring.

We provide server setup, updates, backups, monitoring, SSL, performance optimization, and technical support. The client gets a fully managed production-ready environment.

Automation

We automate business and technical processes, including: order processing, generating documents and reports, invoicing, synchronizing data between systems, sending notifications and newsletters, importing and exporting data, application backups, event monitoring, scheduled system tasks, and handling webhooks and API integrations.

For small applications on shared hosting, automations are implemented within the capabilities of the hosting environment (e.g., cron jobs, application queues, API integrations). Server administration is handled by the hosting provider, while we manage the automation logic within the application itself.

On VPS servers and cloud environments, we have full control over the infrastructure, allowing us to implement advanced automations: task queues, workers, schedules, retries, monitoring, alerts, background process scaling, and automatic system responses to errors or overloads.

Often not. Many automations are implemented via APIs, webhooks, or middleware without modifying existing systems. However, if small changes can significantly improve process stability or performance, we always present it as a recommendation—the decision is up to the client.

Yes. We design automations with error handling, logging, retries, and mechanisms to prevent data loss. On VPS, we also implement additional monitoring and alerts that notify of issues before they impact business operations.
